SHIPPING POLICY
Our Products are usually shipped within 1 business day from the time the order is received. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) may not ship until the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed during the holiday season may be delayed up to a week due to the volume of orders received. Bulk orders and customized orders may need extra time to fulfill.

Our Products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping time will be from our location to your destination in terms of business days. These transit times are not guaranteed due to circumstances out side our control.
Free Shipping items ship via USPS and may require an additional 2-4 days in transit. If you need the item sooner please be sure to let us know prior to shipping.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 1:00pm ET to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays only, no exceptions.

No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.
REFUND, CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Cancellations or changes of order must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation
